DIY Installation

Four steps, one afternoon

Plan the layout

Position panels on the roof, mark rail or bracket lines, check frame measurements against the 1.18″–1.38″ range.

Fix rails / brackets

Attach Z brackets or U30 rails to the roof with the supplied screws. Seal penetrations with appropriate roofing sealant.

Set the panels

Lay panels into the row. Mid clamps go between panels, end clamps at both ends of the array.

Clamp & torque

Tighten all hardware until snug, then re-check after the first week of use.
